The Trade-O-Ree will be 9:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
The focus is Boy Scout/Girl Scout Memorabilia and Indian Crafts. Trade - Sell - Show. Lots of boy scout displays. The sponsor of the Trade-O-Ree is Kevin Rudesill and the Northwest Trader's Association ISCA Chapter #1 and the host is T'Kope Kwiskwis Order of the Arrow Lodge #502. Trading tables and displays. Lodge collectors are encouraged to donate Scout memorabilia for our fundraiser auction. In return for your donation, we are offering a pair of new donor CSPs. You get one for a $50 donation in cash or memorabilia. For $150 donation, you get both donor CSPs. There will also be an Attendee CSP available for sale on-site. Two blocks West of the 55 Freeway at Dyer off ramp. Hotel and several restaurants close by.

Come join over 150 Scouts and Scouters at this trade-o-ree in its 31st year. We have 65 tables available in a 4400+ square foot, ground floor, well lit trading room. Recent trade-o-rees included traders from at least ten states and lots of locals too. While OA items dominate the trading, you will find lots of CSPs, JSPs, Jamboree, Insignia, Merit Badges, Books, and other Scouting memorabilia.
Williamsburg, Virginia has a beautiful restored historic district and you can visit nearby Yorktown and Jamestown. For the shoppers there are numerous brand name outlets and the world famous Lightfoot Pottery Factory. Bring the whole family and enjoy a weekend of Trading, history, shopping, and fine dining.

Other Information: Our Collections Merit Badge brings in 40-60 first time attendees to our Trade O Ree. Our TOR promotion includes a story in local regional newsletter, sunday church bulletins, announcements at 3 District Roundtables, email campaign, US mail campaign, etc which results in approx 100-150 attendees each year since 2000. This year is the culmination of 5 years of funds being raised for our 2007 Ad Altare Dei Tour which will feature approx 80 youth and their parents being present on Saturday June 3rd for a mandatory meeting to finalize our 6 day pilgrimage. There is also a pilot program I am finalizing and will be announced during the spring which will be tied into an exclusive unique promotional message to local scouts within the DFW area.
